| Introduction | Sigh.... Here I lay... Making another plan to wake up and start dieting. I've eaten my midnight snack for the last time... However, I do feel like this time something is telling me I am running out of time. The motivation has kicked in. I've done my research and am kicking off with Mr Dukan and his trusty crew tomorrow.
