| Introduction | Graphoniac (pronounced Gruh-PHONE-eeack) is a term I coined from the words Graphein (Greek, "to write") and Maniac (I bet you can guess). And that's me. Crazy about life, family, and especially crazy about the words that describe them. |
| Interests | shopping, saving money, gardening, landscaping my yard, bird watching, flower bulb gardens, and holding down a towel on white sandy shores. |
| Favorite movies | I've got over 200 movies, it's so hard to pick just a few favorites! Just some that I return to again and again: Princess Bride, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Oceans 11 12 and 13, Bourne Identity Ultimatum and Supremacy, Despicable Me, Beauty and the Beast. |
| Favorite music | Here's what's playing in my Pandora or iTunes 90% of the time (in order): Brazillian Jazz, Bebop Jazz, Piano Jazz, Big Band Jazz, and Swing. My music collection also includes (and is not limited to) a cappella groups, classical music, the occasional opera, and a little ska. I'm a sucker for cello, piano, and horns, and I positively love it when classical instruments find their way into Non Classical music. |
| Favorite books | Not a fair question for a writer. Simply not fair. I tend toward classics, though. The books I've read more than twice: The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, the Hiding Place, Little Women, Little Men, Pride & Prejudice, Emma, HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy. |
