Introduction	JOSELITO BAYYA BISENIO is a proud Ilocano from Dammay, Santa, Ilocos Sur. He graduated at the University of Northern Philippines in Vigan City last 2004 with the degree Bachelor in Secondary Education, major in English and minor in General Science. He has been a consistent student leader during his collegiate years and was later awarded an Outstanding Student of the College of Teacher Education (2004) and One of the Ten Most Outstanding Graduates of the University of Northern Philippines (2004). He worked as a Data Entry Operator 1 at Black Marlin Data Company for less than three years (September 2004-June 2007)but later on decided to practice his profession in a public school. He is now an English faculty at the Makati Science High School, teaching Creative Writing.
