If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?
Well, it would most certainly be difficult, but probably with repetition I could manage... and frankly, mopping poop from the deck would probably take the giggle right out of me... and if I was a pirate, I would definitely be low man on the totem pole because of my "sweet spirit," so the other pirates would probably make me mop up the poop to toughen me up.
