| Introduction | I am married to a wonderful man named, Brian. We have a daughter, Samantha, who is 5, and a son, Zachary, who is 3. When Samantha came into our lives, I resigned from my job as a 4th grade teacher and became a stay at home mom. I have never considered myself a "good cook."
