Introduction	I've been researching my family history since I got my first set of wheels. I became intimately familiar with the back roads and courthouses of most counties in central North Carolina and the Valley of Virginia. Of all of my various and sundry hobbies, genealogy is the most consuming to me, and I can frequently sit down in front of the computer early in the morning and not get up again until midnight. I have my computer set to sort genealogical emails into a separate folder which I am careful not to open if I have other obligations on any given day, so bear with me if I don't answer you right away. I know better than to get started!
