| Introduction | I have been in and around construction for over twelve years. My start was in Alaska where I lived for twenty-one years. I met wife there and both of our sons were born in Alaska. My early years in construction taught me how to build for extreme conditions. Settling in the South Sound and seeing the difference in construction principles has given us the foundation for our building practices. Western Washington is notorious for water damage and mold issues and the ever changing ground conditions cause early breakdown of landscaping features. We bring the experience and standards of building in Alaska to the South Sound. I also enjoy education people on quality construction practices. (hence, this bog site) |
