| Introduction | Robin Croker Poole is an artist, photographer, author, environmentalist, and a lover of nature. She was born in Florida and grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. She grew up with a love for nature and being outdoors, especially flowers and trees. She discovered her love for art while taking an art history class at Central Piedmont Community College. She transferred to the College of Charleston in South Carolina where she took classes in painting, drawing, and art history. After graduating with a Bachelor of Art degree in Art History, she worked as an art consultant for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company for several years. She also worked at Fraser and Company Art Gallery in Charleston, and Center of the Earth Gallery in Charlotte. Throughout her career, she has been surrounded by beautiful works of art. She rekindled her passion for drawing and painting and has studied under several artists, including Raed Alrawi, Dottie Leatherwood, The Braitman Studio, David Brody, and earned a diploma from Old Masters Academy. |
