| Introduction | As a bridal and special occasion makeup artist, my job is to create a classic beauty image that is both breathtaking and photogenic, yet “touchable” close up. At any age, every bride should be flawless without looking caked on with layers of makeup. At the end of the day, she should look as fabulous and “real” in photos as she does to her groom standing right next to her. Bridal makeup uses many of the same techniques used for t.v., film and print, but is applied with a lighter hand, using products that are of professional quality to provide a perfected, long-wearing look. A fresh, glowing look is very flattering to brides in their 20’s and 30’s, where as a more neutral look is better for those brides that are over 40. I always advise clients to schedule a preview in order to ensure complete satisfaction on the day of their event. |
