IntroductionWhile a graduate student in Environmental Policy & Management at the University of Denver, I became interested in the interconnections between sustainable development and geospatial technologies, especially in the areas of sustainable urban planning & policy making and urban sustainability assessment. I am continuing to pursue these interests as a research assistant and graduate student in Urban & Regional Planning at the University of Colorado Denver. I also have a personal interest in the role that faith communities can play in creating a more sustainable world, an interest rooted in my own journey as an Anglican Christian with interests in Celtic & Franciscan spirituality. I created this blog as a place for me to explore these interests, share things I have discovered in my own research and reading, test out ideas, and allow other interested parties to get a better look at my thinking. Do you have thoughts to share? Please don't hesitate to leave a comment! I would love to have conversations with others interested in these same topics.
