| Introduction | I first learned how to cook by my mother and father, who both have a passion for food. My father loves seafood, and taught me how to cook scallops, crabs, mussles, shrimp, and just about everything else fishy. My mother loves her Midwestern comfort foods, and both of them taught me how to experiment. I like to cook just about any type of food I can get my hands on, so many of my recipies are inspired by dishes from all around the world. I am always excited to find a new spice, vegetable, mushroom, or fruit, because it is the diversity of nature that is the spice of life! |
| Interests | Obviously I am interested in the culinary arts, as well as plants, cacti, mushrooms, chocolate, our planet in general, traveling, other cultures, music, love, peace, extraterrestrial life, gems and minerals, and I absolutley love to hike. |
