Introduction	This "Freezer Slow Cooking" group began out of a desire to find sanity during the hours of 3pm - 6pm. I found that at this "end of the day" time, kids were up from naps and no daddy was at home yet to run interference for me, so it made cooking very difficult. To boot, I am not a great meal planner. Hence a frantic search specifically for FREEZER Slow Cooking. I ran into Mama and Baby Love's blog and gained great inspiration and wonderful recipe ideas! More ideas brewed. After getting some guidance online, I started chopping, and chopping, and chopping. Then I assembled 20 bags of food. I posted a picture of those 20 bags on Facebook and found that I was not alone in that frustrating 3-4 hour window! So we started a group, now dubbed "Crockstar Mamas". We even have an East Coast branch now!! I hope you enjoy our tested and approved Freezer Slow Cooking recipes as much as we have!
