Introduction	Before the newspapers went to Hell, my family would get both of the Denver dailies delivered every day and each copy would be dissected for content and typos. I remember sitting on a stool thinking that these two piles of paper were the best things in the world. This is the next best thing.

Favorite music	The Stone Roses, Glasvegas, Michael Franti, The Roots, Pavement, The Rolling Stones, Wu-Tang Clan, Lupe Fiasco, classical but especially baroque, specifically Bach
Favorite books	What We Talk About When We Talk About Love, Sherlock Holmes, Warriors of God, You Know Me Al, The Sun Also Rises, Baldwin's Essays, Age of Orphans, Cat's Cradle, A Moveable Feast
