| Introduction | I'm a wife, mother, and soon to be grandma ( VERY young one too!!). I also have 4 cats, and one spoiled dog. I've knitted on and off since I was a teenager and knowing I have a grandchild on the way has ignited my knitting desire. I have joined some very wonderful knitting groups that have inspired me to try new techniques and widen my range of items to knit... like scarves and an occassional baby afghan. I have done many types of crafts over the years, decorative painting, crocheting, jewelry making, scrapbooking to name a few and I'm finding that knitting has become the passion I've been looking for in all those other crafts. Mind you, my craft room won't be void of those other crafts as... "I just might need those one day" ( Yes, famous last words) LOL |
