Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
As they have not the legs to power a bicycle, I can only imagine that they would enjoy them incorporated into interior design, or maybe as some form of contemporary art style. I think bicycle liking would simply become a pretentious fetish for the fish. Maybe it's healthier if they just steer clear...
