| Introduction | Currently I am a Computer Discovery and Forensics Consultant. My job title is Senior Ediscovery Consultant. As a lawyer and member of the bar for 30 years, I've had a wide range of experience in "Big Law" law firms, government positions and corporations, most recently as General Counsel for 101communications. Somewhat anomalously I've had a fascination and love affair with computer technology for about 25 years, and I've interrupted my legal career here and there to work in technology. Along the way I have been a technology consultant to lawyers and law firms, managed a large IT department, and been the Product Manager for software such as DiskClone, Web Compass, Partition It and Procomm Plus. I've also earned the MCSE and the GIAC-GLEG. If all goes well I should complete the ENCE in the next few weeks after having taken hundreds of hours of Computer Forensics classes. |
