| Introduction | I am a personal/executive coach and owner of Vivre Sa Vie Coaching. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (International Business) and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Marketing). I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I have been trained by Coach U. Before I started my coaching career I spent several years working in the television industry, in executive recruitment and most recently tertiary education. I was drawn to life coaching because I love helping people succeed. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to see my clients realise and fulfill their goals in life. When I'm not coaching I love to travel. I've spent much of my adult life pursuing this passion. My love for adventure and exploring the world has led me to live in Canada, Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. When coaching I like to use my experiences to help my clients think outside of their usual daily life and guide them in setting and achieving goals that exceed their own initial expectations. |
