| Introduction | Lester's background and experience include journalism, Christian counseling, dispute resolution, negotiation and international trade & trade law. He is a certified critical incident stress management (CISM) counselor, a certified mediator (general civil & family cases) an arbitrator, author and public speaker. His dispute resolution services also include faith-based conflict resolution and international commercial dispute resolution. He is a consultant for international trade, conducts training seminars and an instructor in negotiation, communication & conflict resolution. He enjoys teaching inductive Bible studies in small groups and enjoys poetry (reading & writing). He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, World Speakers Association, Association for Conflict Resolution, American Society of International Law and Associate of the American Bar Association, Sections of Dispute Resolution and International Law. |
