| Introduction | I earned my BA in Holistic Psychology and Master's in Counseling Psychology. I then went on and earned a Doctor in Philosophy in Holistic Health, focusing on healing through alternatives that aid in emotional and healthy well being. I believe that healing must come from a deep level that involves three dimensions; the mind, body, and spirit. I apply this concept towards my own ongoing sobriety and recovery of 19 years. I like clarity. |
