Introduction	As a full time teacher and graduate student I don't have a lot of time to devote to cooking fabulous meals each day. But, I do love to cook, and mostly to bake. Lately, people having been asking me to share recipes. These requests prompted me to start a blog, more as an online recipe box, than as a place to discuss my culinary adventures.
