| Introduction | I have been interested in photography since I was 8 years old and received my first camera. I took some ok shots at Camp Atahi with only an Instamatic. I took one photography course many years ago at MICA with my Cuba-going pal Peg McCarty. Thanks to Sarah Paine, I had a small exhibit at Starbucks in Falls Church, VA. I have exhibited also at Delray Artisans and Falls Church Arts. I have wanted to take a photography workshop with Peter Turnley for several years, and now is my chance! I enjoy street photography the most, and some of my favorite places for that are NYC, London, Paris and DC. After mostly doing black and white, I am looking forward to the colors of Havana. |
