Introduction	I'm just a girl trying to lose weight AND be happy! I have struggled with my weight all my life. I probably always will. You know what I'm not going to do anymore? Diet! That is right. I am going to eat healthy and exercise. I am going to learn more about my body and how to take better care of it. I will get down to a healthy weight. I will never be a size 2 and that is OK. I just want to be happily healthy!
