Introduction	Shem and Seth Foster (yes they are brothers) have an extensive construction background that began as young men in the Southeastern region of Utah. Both Foster boys quickly advanced from working with their father in the family wood chopping business, to working with several local contractors. As they grew older, they parted ways moving to different states where both advanced up the construction “ladder.” Shem worked for several years as a master tile setter and easily became an onsite project manager for a custom homebuilder in Las Vegas, Nevada, building over 400 custom homes since 2000. Seth also became a project manager with a homebuilding company in Northern Utah and he also began a very successful framing company, Rocktite Construction Company, where he employed over 100 framers and framed over 2000 homes. In 2009, the unique opportunity came for the brothers to work together once again, this time as partners in their own construction company, American Heritage Homes.
