Introduction	offers a private, confidential and comfortable setting. Our goal is to guide and support people to a balanced state of health and healing. We incorporate a variety of approaches, however, we most often work within a Family Systems model, which considers the influences of the family background of the client. Our beliefs and values are shaped by our strong Christian heritage and our desire is to meet our clients with a non-judgemental approach, at their level of belief and practice.
