Brittany
My blogs
| Introduction | Hi! I'm Brittany, and when I was around four or five, I began telling people that I wanted to be a missionary when I grew up...and I didn't even fully understand what the word meant! Now, however, I can see God was even then working in my heart, because although I have changed so much, the call to be a missionary remains clearer and stronger than ever. As a student of Mandarin Chinese and girl who fell in love with Africa after a mission trip in the summer of 2010, my tentative plan is to finish my education and go live in the rural parts of either of these nations and bring the Word of God to them while teaching English. God has been so entirely good to me...He has given me multiple chances to go to different countries and share my passion for Jesus with the people there! This blog will hopefully recount for you some of the exciting (and interesting!) experiences God has graced me with, and perhaps you too will be able to taste the joy in telling others about the love of God. I also love to write, so please forgive my lengthy posts and frequent book excerpts! All the same, feel free to read them, comment, and critique! |
