| Introduction | I am presently an assistant professor in the School of Cinema and Drama at the Lisbon Polytechnic Institute. I obtained my MA and PhD from University of Lisbon (Program of Literary Theory). My main interests include Shakespeare, literary theory, legal procedures, critical legal studies, and the study of the body. My essay "The Taming of Interpretation: Literary Criticism and the Polygraph" is forthcoming in Law and Literature. But I also like trash culture, bad TV shows and old time musicals. |
