| Introduction | Ten years back, the idea of cooking was very intimidating. My knowledge was limited to cooking instant noodles and many a times I would mess that up. I knew I had an intricately delicate interest in food because I was always more excited to be in the kitchen but couldn't muster the courage to actually start cooking properly. With time to spare, I dedicated all my time to food – eating at various places became a hobby, passionately trying to recognize the ingredients! Replicating recipes (from my mother and grandmother) became more interesting than any other thing in this world. A few years later, I do call myself a cook - an avid conjurer of good scrumptious food. |
