Introduction	Caden is 6 years old, and has Truncus Arteriosus Type II. He has had two open heart surgeries, one heart catheterization, and was on ECMO (bypass) for eight days. While on ECMO, he had three explorative chest surgeries. With this heart defect, repairs will need to be made as he grows, requiring future surgeries.
