| Introduction | Many reading this blog know me and many of you do not, but the one thing you all have in common is that you are wary/curious or just scared of me. Think about it ? You see my picture and you say, "Hey, he is a Dude for his age..." I agree!! It is not easy being a Dude. at my age - you gotta EARN IT....Not easy.. It took me years to earn my "Dude" status - which is more valuable then zillions of hotel points. Being a Dude started with me carrying a 4" wide Samsonite Executive briefcase with twin roller locks, thru all of high school and most of college. Sure, in 9th grade names flew at times, but Dudes just float past that noise. I was so cool in college as a Dude I switched majors from forest ranger to computer science, met the cutest chick on campus and married her. Dude moves, right? My life as a Dude has paid off.. See, I landed a hip wife, my kids arrived (via UPS) and they are somewhat hip, we have moved like 13 times to make sure our kids grew up "exposed" to Amer-i-Ka, and I invented retail. Well, that is enough...That's the basics on me - Dude, Wife and Family, Retail...simple and thanks for visiting my RoadDude blog. |
