Introduction	On the 25th of January in 2004 a little cafe in Cotton Tree called Envy was born, blinking wondrously under a smouldering sun and salted sea breeze. Conceived in the hearts and minds of Nicole and Chad Hoffman she quickly established a unique loyalty amongst those lucky enough to know her. Coffee is continually served in the consistency of liquid silk and her food is simple yet thoughtful and always fresh. But, it is not just the gastronomy, her nurturing yet quirky soul seems to captivate folk, it's a soul that reveals itself in the smiles of those who greet you, in the energy of those in the kitchen and in the enjoyment of those who visit. Envy has evolved into a lifestyle, an adjective, a meeting venue, a local art gallery, a family, a treat, a ritual and an inspiration, all the while serving that liquid silk, good food and effervescent grin. Envy currently chooses to spend her weekdays wandering purposefully while weekends at Envy possess an intense vibrancy nourished by those who flock from the nearby beaches, parks and rivers. There is a phosphorescent light that shines within Envy's walls, we will attempt to shine a little onto these pages for you.
