Introduction	de Lovely Affair is the ultimate guide for multicultural, fusion, and international wedding inspiration. When I became engaged, I needed to plan two weddings, the first, a multicultural wedding combining my husband’s Brazilian culture with my American standards and the second, a destination wedding in his hometown in Brazil for his family and friends. Very soon, I realized how few resources catered solely to multicultural, multiethnic and multiracial couples, for weddings here or abroad. So why not fill in the gap?! Here at de Lovely Affair, we explore world traditions and customs, provide DIY tips and practical planning tools, cover hip trends and green choices, revel in gorgeous images and share delicious cuisines, celebrate beautiful couples and discuss cultural difficulties, recommend quality vendor and review real destinations. It may seem like a large canvas to fill but what wedding isn’t. We aim to Engage, Inspire and Connect.
