Introduction	In the spring of 2005, an 18 year old Gap Year student with no idea about other cultures, very little regard for political correctness and some of the worst spelling, grammar and basic English you're ever likely to see, went travelling to India. Five years later, for no apparent reason he decided to publish the various e-mails and diary entries from his trip as a blog. Though it may never be clear what the purpose of this exercise was; be it a warning to future generations, a snap shot of a chaotic mind or an archive of common grammatical errors, one thing is for sure; these blog postings may be some of the most pointlessly violent, exaggerated and casually xenophobic tales you've heard since the last time your grandad got into the cooking sherry. The author has changed the names, and polished the spelling but for the most part, everything contained within has at least some basis in truth.
