| Introduction | i am a 20-something year old about to start a Ph.D in educational leadership. i'm a digital artist, broadcaster, educator, & human rights activist from a developing country. yes... i collect degrees. i married my best friend and rock last year. he knows me better than I know myself. we have had two losses in 2014, the first one, a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks, and the second one, a 21 week baby who was diagnosed with fatal heart and brain abnormalities -not compatible with life-. i'm not sure at the moment where God and life are taking me, but am positive i'll be getting there with *living* kids of my own. that said, i'm already a mother, i really don't need a nursery to feel like one; i've been one ever since i first saw the double lines. until I get to have a baby here on earth, my dog nemo keeps my arms full. we lived in boston for a couple of years. although I cannot vote in the states, boston shaped me and will forever be my home. (if i could vote though, i too would definitely vote for hillary). |
