| Introduction | We all seem to struggle with what to cook during the week. I read somewhere the typical person has 20 go-to recipes. Take those recipes and print them out, slide them into a 3-ring plastic sleeve and put them in a binder for your weekly meal planning on Sunday. Make a goal to add 1 new recipe a week. Better yet, send me your favorite go-to recipes and I'll compile a list for us all to use. |
