| Introduction | Thanks for joining me at the table. I am so glad you could be my guest. I have shared my passion for hospitality and cooking on television for 17 seasons and want to make available to you the recipes that I share with friends and family who are guests in my home. I live in a small city in Virginia with my husband, Tom. Our two sons, Adam and Tim are stretched across the country. My love of food started at a very early age. Grandpa was a French baker and shared his love for all arts culinaire. Dad honed his cooking skills every Sunday creating all sorts of new recipes in our tiny kitchen. Mom was not the greatest cook but she tried and one thing she always did well was gathering her family and friends together to enjoy food and good company. Both of my parents taught me the joy of hospitality and the need to do things outside the box. I hope you will enjoy the recipes and send me your posts and recipe requests.
