| Introduction | I am a domestically challenged mother of two young boys who spends all day trying to dodge the ironing whilst dreaming of winning the lotto so that I can pay someone to do it for me. I live in a beautiful rural village in West Berkshire and enjoy traipsing through the countryside - but not being chased by cows! It is my dream to own my own coffee shop selling delicious home-made cakes, lovely coffee and tea, whilst managing to maintain an air of calm and grace at all times (I did say that it was a dream). |
