| Introduction | I am a retired Christian lady who has been married to my devoted husband for 30+ years. I foster parented two boys to adulthood. I have battled with endometriosis most of my life and had 3 major surgeries for it. After the 3rd surgery I nearly lost my life due to a ruptured bowel and sepsis. It took a year to fully recover. The next year I had surgery to reverse the colostomy given to me when my bowel ruptured. After that surgery I developed an ileus and had to have a nasogastric tube. After that we relocated from California to Colorado due to my husband's job. I went through another surgery to repair my bowel. I had complications after the surgery, but thanks to many prayers said on my behalf I recovered and I've been doing well since. |
