Introduction	This workshop will focus on the design of mobile kiosk prototypes. To give an understanding of how the commercial ‘marketplace’ and its inherent modes of process and flows (location, logistics, connectivity, production, waste, energy etc.) shape and define the built environment. The architectural challenge will be to design mobile kiosk structures which attuned the process and flows (of a specific milk product) and which physically adapt/transform to the demands of the product, also responding to the urban variables that each of the differing sites contain.
