| Introduction | I am a 48 year-old, white woman who has been involved in a heterosexual, monogamous relationship for well over 20 years and I do not fit into any of the known and so-called "high-risk" categories for contracting the Hepatitis C Virus. The sad truth is that we have no idea where I got it. I am happily married and live in the Southern United States on a small, working farm. My hobbies include anything that pleases my four Old-Style Siamese cats, taking good care of my beloved family and knitting. After strong encouragement from friends who thought I needed to get the message about Hepatitis C Virus out there, I decided to start this Blog in order to bring awareness to the virus and how it affects day-to-day life. |
