Introduction	I started this blog when I found myself separated from my husband. I needed a way to break the silence and isolation that I was experiencing. I am raising my two young boys on my own right now and dealing with PTSD and depression. Every day is a struggle. My hope is to become more self-aware, and thus break patterns and habits that do not help me. I hope to inspire myself and anyone else who reads my posts.
