Introduction	ABOUT ME Michael Lutz L&M Remodeling is a Dallas-based company that combines the principals of modern design and functionality. We believe that working closely with our customers to create one of kind living space. Michael Lutz received his Business Degree from Texas Tech University. Upon graduation spent four years serving in the United States Marine Corps as an Officer. After working for several years in residential building for such companies as MHI, Ryland Homes, David Weekley Homes and Grand Homes in various roles that has exposed him to various styles of building and architecture. When Michael opened his own business in 2010 he saw the need for remodeling at an affordable price. Lutz found that being sensitive to a client’s budget and finding creative ways to make remodeling affordable opened up the doors to a growing segment of clients.
