| Introduction | I have loved painting, sketching, playing with colors for as long as I can remember, but that love has always been relegated to "later" or "when I have time." Well, it's later and I've decided to make the time. I've learned through the tutelage of friends and mentors, trial and error, watching U-tube and videos I've purchased, studying other artists' work, and attending workshops. I particularly love portraiture--of course I would choose the most difficult genre! (A friend recently asked me if I was still painting my way through the family album.) I also love painting still lifes. I see art in everything! I am excited to have discovered Daily Paintworks and so many amazing artists. I look forward to sharing my late-blooming passion! |
