| Introduction | I'm 37 years old, single and hoping that one day someone, somewhere will figure out that I'm a great catch! I'm honest, caring, passionate and generous. Sometimes I'm too generous. I love animals and have adopted three beautiful little cats who would otherwise be homeless. I love my family. I have recently come to find out that my time with my mother is going may be limited. I am completely heartbroken at the thought of loosing her. The recent events with my mother are the reason for starting this blog. I have some serious issues with faith and prayer and why bad things happen to good people. |
| Interests | I have a passion for photography. I've been in the professional photography industry for over 10 years. You usually won't find me without a camera. Anything that sparkles, glows or catches light......catches my eye. I also love art, and try to take in a art show or two during the summer. I'm fascinated with stained glass and mosaics. I love to cook and entertain. I can throw a fabulous party, and plan everything down to the smallest detail. I spend way too much time on the computer. If it broke...I'd feel so lost and disconnected from the world. I do a bit of web design, digital imaging and a variety of multi-media applications. I love to travel, I just need to find more time and money to do it!! The ocean calms me. I've been to L.A., NYC, all over Florida, Mexico, Bahamas. I've traveled cross country by train. That was an interesting experience. I don't do the bar scene much anymore but I still do like to go out and try new restaurants like P.F. Changs, Bahama Breeze and Brio or going to see live music. I also like to just sit on the couch and watch a good movie with a fire in the fireplace and maybe a glass of wine. During the warm weather months, I like being outside..walking in the parks, gardening, BBQ'ing and going to the beach. |

| Favorite music | There isn't much music out there that "speaks" to me these days. There are two musicians who's music just gets deep down into my soul...and those I speak of are Neil Zaza and Kip Winger. I have been a friend of Neil's for nearly 20 years and I have never been prouder of what he has accomplished as a musician. Perhaps its because I know "the man behind the music" that it speaks to me so. His melodies have brought me to tears, and he knows the one I am referring to. Kip....the power of his words are incredibly moving. I can even begin to describe what its like to watch him on stage...just him and his twelve string. Such raw emotion. A few other bands I love....Splender, Blessid Union of Souls, Matchbox 20, Nickelback, Shannon Lawson, Butch Walker, Danger Danger, Hurricane, Southgang, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue and all the 80's hairbands. |
