Introduction	After years of teaching young children and travelling around the world, I have found the life I yearned for here in my little pocket of the Gold Coast snuggly situated between the forest and the sea. I do what I love and right now I am first and foremost a mum to our two beautiful girls. My work passion is in leading women through MYSHA, my unique blend of Meditation, Yoga and Self Healing Arts (I'm a qualified Creative Arts Therapist and Yoga teacher). I'm really excited about our Sacred Essence Women's Circle (check out the link on the sidebar) and I lead a Singing and Chanting Circle once a month. My blog Real Life Dreaming is a means for me to practise being more present to the pleasures of everyday life and to nurture and express myself as a colourful co-creator in this beautiful world of ours. I just love how blogland is a place for us to share in eachother's real life and dreams....
