Introduction	As the news editor of Women's Online Magazine, she came in contact with entrepreneurs who were eager to keep their profiles high in the marketplace. As a result, she launched O'Neal Media Group a public relations consultancy that works with small business and non-profits. Her expertise in strategic planning, research and media relations has helped her clients get noticed by the media while realizing their communication goals and objectives. In 2007, Jackie completed a Masters in Sacred Theology at Agape Seminary in Clearwater, Florida. She continues her seminary studies as a Ph.D. candidate in Pastoral Counseling.
