| Introduction | I've had the privilege to travel quite frequently. I love to experience new places and getting to know each of their unique personalities. I have experience and education in culinary arts, so I tend to use food as introduction to new places and cultures. Other then that I'm laid back and don’t like to plan to far ahead anymore. I’m incredibly excited for this opportunity to explore and understand China in depth. I feel this is a once in a lifetime experience and hope to make the best of it.
