Introduction | I grew up in a small town in Southern California. Southern California already has more than its fair share of The Crazies, but a small town in Southern California? That gives you a different, special kind of Crazies. I have seen Some Shit. As a result, not much phases or offends me. I love to laugh and I have a twisted sense of humor. I overreact. I get disproportionally mad at little things. I have some very unconventional views regarding natural selection and the human race. |
Interests | Drinking lots of coffee, whining and complaining, watching reality shows that eliminate contestants, buying shoes (if anyone sends me a link to that Shoes video I WILL CUT YOU!), my cat, heaters, Dr. Pepper, avoiding work |
Favorite movies | I love cheesey 80s movies: Dirty Dancing, The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles, The Goonies, When Harry Met Sally, basically anything with big hair and shoulder pads. I also love the cracked out movies from my childhood: Return to Oz, The Point, Pinocchio in Outer Space (I am not kidding), and so many others. I also have a special place in my heart for Pride and Prejudice. |
Favorite music | I have music ADD and it would just take too long to enter everyting I listen to here. |
Favorite books | I am a total nerd and I love, love, LOVE books! Some of my all-time-favorites-that-I've-read-at-least-fifty-times are: Ender's Game, The Book of Atrix Wolfe, Bad Omens, American Gods, The Sword of Truth series, A Song of Ice and Fire, Lord of the Rings, and The Riddle-Master of Hed. I like lots of books, but they have to be good. I don't read just anything. |
When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?
I never open my eyes underwater for the very practical reason that if I did, my contacts would fall right out of my eyes. Even if I'm not wearing my contacts at the time, it's such a habit that I just never open my eyes underwater.
