| Introduction | My name is Asemota Festus, born officially on August 3rd, 1967 at Benin City, Edo State in Nigeria. I am married to Mrs. Blessing Uhunoma Asemota with five female children and two foster children. I am the Director HR & Payroll at the Edo State Government Information Communication Technology Agency (ICTA), Government House, Edo State, Nigeria. I have been in the employment of the Edo State Government since 1990. I am an alumnus of the University of Benin, Nigeria where I graduated with a Master degree, Bachelor of Science Degree and Diploma in Data Processing in 2007, 1999 and 1995 respectively. My Academic Research Project are Computer in Medicine, Automated Billing Systems and Network performance evaluation. I attended Edo College, Benin City, Nigeria. I have served in various capacities with the Edo state Government since 1990 spanning through virtually every Cadre in the civil Service, starting with Messenger position in then Bendel State HMB (now Edo state HMB) as my first Appointment, were I rise to the position as the Zonal Hospital Administrator in 2001 and then the position of Director HR/Payroll in 2010. |
