| Introduction | Despite the title of my blog, I do not presume my self to be a renaissance man; rather, I suppose I would hope to be one at some point in my life. I do have a broad range of interests from matters of faith to healthy family living (since I have a wife and three children), to a variety of other interests that are listed in my profile. And, down the road it is likely that I may develop an interest in other things or may become less interested in what I am interested in now. Regardless, I titled the blog as such so that I may share posts on the wide range of interests that I have instead of focusing on any one thing. My greatest hope for this blog is that, when you visit, you would find things worth reading that will challenge or enrich your mind, your heart and your soul (i.e., your inner man/woman); find some greater sense of purpose or direction about life; or, be better informed about something that we share an interest in. I don't presuppose that I am an expert on anything but, whatever I may have learned or be learning, I want to pass on to others. And, in the process, I hope I can learn something from you too. |
