| Introduction | I am a full time yoga instructor with a passion for healthy eating and healthy living! I have my masters degree in gerontology from Georgia State University. I currently teach yoga to college students and in the corporate world. I am passionate about raw and vegan food! I love creating tasty treats to eat and to share with others!
